Preparing for Reaffirmation of Accreditation
Insights from the HLC Vice President of Accreditation Relations
In November 2025, OSU-Stillwater welcomed the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) Vice President of Accreditation Relations, Dr. Anthea Sweeney, to our campus for an open session with our community of faculty, staff, and students.
This valuable opportunity allowed the OSU community to learn more about institutional accreditation directly from the HLC’s perspective, consider how our university’s mission, practices, and initiatives are viewed in a broader context, and ask questions to engage in an open dialogue with our HLC Liaison Officer.
